Any yield statistics, appreciation forecasts, or product simulations provided by our algorithmic hub are estimates based on historical sub-market trends and data. They do not constitute formal financial advice. We make no guarantees regarding future capital gains or rental returns.
4. Property Bookings & Management
Serviced apartment bookings, lease agreements, and maintenance requests made through the Platform are subject to confirmation. All payments, deposits, and refunds will comply with the respective booking policy or lease agreement.
5. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall HomeVest Real Estate, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or services offered.
